Ethics & Compliance Committee

Athletes Committee
- Advocates for elite athletes and supports their professional development.
- Develops educational programs and skill-building initiatives.
- Collects athlete feedback to inform policies and decision-making.
Development & Innovation Committee
- Designs and implements cutting-edge educational, training, and research programs.
- Promotes innovation in sports methodologies and performance standards.
- Strengthens collaboration with international organizations and institutions.
Awards & Recognition Committee
- Organizes global awards programs to honor outstanding athletes, coaches, and contributors.
- Develops selection criteria and benchmarks for recognizing excellence in elite sports.
Communications & Media Committee
- Oversees all internal and external communications, including media outreach and public relations.
- Manages social media, publications, and strategic messaging to enhance FIESSA’s global presence.
International Relations Committee
- Develops and strengthens partnerships with international federations and organizations.
- Represents FIESSA at global forums, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering cross-border collaboration.
